Emergency Response 24 is a policy designed to make life easier during household emergencies

Isn’t it always the way when things go really wrong, it's often without warning and outside office hours?
With Emergency Response 24 from Deacon you'll get access to an emergency contact helpline that can provide you with immediate assistance and access to approved, professional contractors.
It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to give you immediate advice on how best to deal with an emergency and, if appropriate, an approved contractor will be dispatched.

Call-out charges, parts, labour & if necessary accommodation and VAT are all covered up to a total of £1,000 per incident.

Permanent repairs can often be carried out on the spot |
Cover includes:
- Pests such as rats, mice and wasps within the property
- Plumbing problems related to leaking pipes and blocked drains and toilets
- Central heating system or boiler failure - all year round
- Broken or damaged windows and doors that present a security risk to the property
- A sudden failure of, or damage to, roofing, down piping or guttering system
- Failure of the gas or electricity within the property
- Failure of the hot water system
- Failure of cooking system
- Loss of all keys needed to get into the property
