I also like the personal service that is provided as I am recognised when I call Deacon and my queries are dealt with very efficiently. If the person is not in the office when I call I always receive a call back shortly after. The claims department are excellent and very efficient as all claims have been dealt with in a quick and professional manner and payment for the repair works are received shortly after the invoices have been sent to Deacon.
